01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

JadiKing will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

04 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

The terms relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• Every bonus received carries a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

• Instructions from relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies.

Players may also close their account at any time by contacting the jadiking support team. If the closure is initiated by the player and the account balance is positive, funds will be returned to the player upon completion of the review process, subject to applicable bonus terms.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, JadiKing reserves the right to withhold any balance in accounts involved in fraudulent activity as a protective measure and to recover losses.

09 JadiKing Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jadiking shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond JadiKing's control, such as internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters.
• Game outcomes that do not favour the player in games operating fairly and in accordance with a verified RNG.

If negotiation fails to reach a satisfactory resolution within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to arbitration or a recognized alternative dispute resolution body, depending on the applicable jurisdiction.
